NEW STARTER PACKS
Hire someone new, add them to the account, they complete sizing, and a starter pack can be ordered against your existing details. Pack contents are set per account.
ALLOCATIONS BELONG TO THE BUSINESS
If someone leaves, remove them and their unused allocations return to your pool where your plan permits. Add the replacement and assign future allocations to them.
